1) Are HID's street legal? NO, all aftermarket HID kits including ours is NOT DOT approved. Aftermarket kits are for OFF-ROAD, Track, Exhibition Use ONLY.
2) Then why do some cars come with HIDs from the factory? Because they are housed in a projector style lense. The beams are more focused than halogen housings.
